Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzes data from 102 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023. The results indicate that institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive and significant impact on investment efficiency, aligning with agency theory by reducing information asymmetry and aligning interests between managers and shareholders. Conversely, debt maturity shows a negative and significant effect, suggesting that short-term debt acts as a disciplinary mechanism to curb overinvestment. Financial reporting quality also positively influences investment efficiency, though its impact is relatively weaker. These findings highlight the importance of robust corporate governance mechanisms, optimal debt structuring, and transparent financial reporting in enhancing investment efficiency. Using qualitative descriptive methods with case study and phenomenological approaches, the research analyzes Dr. Ferihana Beauty Clinic's operations through interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings demonstrate that implementing Islamic principles of honesty and professionalism enhances service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business performance, while fostering ethical corporate culture. However, the study's limited sample representation from one clinic in Yogyakarta and exclusion of external factors suggest need for broader research. Melalui model penerimaan teknologi dan teori pemasaran relasional, kami menguji bagaimana persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan fitur mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan, dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 pengguna aktif Maxim melalui purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling mengungkapkan kepercayaan sebagai determinan utama loyalitas pelanggan (β=0,773; p&lt;0,05), yang secara efektif memediasi hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan dan fitur terhadap loyalitas. Sementara persepsi kemudahan dan fitur menunjukkan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat justru menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas. However, it has been identified that the Indonesian tourism sector is still less competitive than other ASEAN countries, especially Thailand and Singapore, in the global market. For this reason, this research aims to investigate and identify the competitiveness of the Indonesian tourism sector in the global market compared to other ASEAN countries using the Revealed Comparetive Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), Market Share Index (MSI) analysis methods and panel data regression. The results of the analysis found that the sector performance and competitiveness of Thailand's tourism sector was higher than Indonesia's. On the other hand, the results of the analysis of the market share position of the Indonesian tourism sector for the twenty main targets are only around 17,398 percent with an average of 0.870 percent from 2019 to 2021. This condition shows that the potential of Indonesia's natural tourism sector with its large wealth of natural and cultural resources has not been utilized optimally to attract tourists to visit Indonesia. From the perspective of panel data regression analysis, it was identified that the variables of trade openness, population level of partner countries, real GDP of partner countries, real exchange rate (Rp/LCU) and competitiveness had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian tourism sector. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 28 perusahaan dan jumlah data sebanyak 56 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2022-2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SmartPls versi 3 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur risiko keuangan yang dihadapi oleh PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. menggunakan pendekatan <em>corporate financial distress prediction</em> dengan model Altman Z-Score. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data laporan keuangan triwulanan dari tahun 2022 hingga kuartal I tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah masa awal IPO, GoTo mengalami penurunan nilai Z-Score yang signifikan, bahkan mencapai angka negatif sejak akhir tahun 2023 hingga awal 2025. Kondisi ini mencerminkan peningkatan risiko <em>financial distress</em>, yang ditandai oleh laba ditahan negatif, penurunan pendapatan, dan penurunan <em>market value</em> perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan produk IndiHome PT Telkom Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 383 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa nilai signifikasinya 0,00 &lt; 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Indihome pada PT. Telkom di Banda Aceh. Dapat diketahui pula bahwa&nbsp; nilai beta&nbsp; variabel Kualitas Produk (X<sub>1</sub>),&nbsp; Harga (X<sub>2</sub>), dan Promosi (X<sub>3</sub>) adalah 0,326, 0,373 dan 0,210 maka yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Indihome pada PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani cabai rawit di Desa Pahauman, Kabupaten Landak, Kalimantan Barat, serta mengukur kelayakan usahatani dari aspek finansial. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik <em>simple random sampling</em> terhadap 37 responden dari populasi 74 petani. Data dianalisis melalui perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya variabel, total penerimaan, dan pendapatan bersih per musim tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 18.137.495, sedangkan rata-rata penerimaan mencapai Rp 170.100.000, sehingga diperoleh pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 151.968.586 per musim tanam. Usaha tani ini tergolong sangat menguntungkan secara ekonomi. Namun demikian, tingginya pendapatan belum sepenuhnya menjamin keberlanjutan usaha karena adanya risiko fluktuasi harga yang signifikan serta ketimpangan dalam akses input dan informasi pasar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi kelembagaan, penguatan akses informasi harga, serta dukungan sarana produksi agar keuntungan yang diperoleh petani dapat berkelanjutan dan merata. This research is a survey research, which uses an explanatory research type, which provides an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, the sample used amounted to 47 respondents. The research method uses path analysis using SPSS 24 software. Data were analyzed using instrument tests and path analysis. The results showed that each variable had a significant effect even though the effect was not too large.
